Went from 17% body fat and down to 12% after day 30. As of day 60, I was at 10.5% body fat - As of day 90, I was at 8.1% body fat. I intend to keep these results!

I started P90X in the worst shape of my life. I felt like a pig and I thought I began to resemble one. Sticking to the 90 day program engendered me getting into the best shape of my life. I couldn't even get my chin over the bar for 1 pull up when I began; now, I'm doing sets of 7-10 pull ups and, for the first time in my life, I feel comfortable walking around without my shirt on! Can't wait to hit the beach!
