My name is Angela. I am a single parent of a beautiful three year old daughter. I
go to university full time, and am studying to be a nurse. my daughter and
school are my life, but I am also trying to fit getting in shape in there as well. .

After having my daughter, I lost 50 pounds, by eating fairly healthy, and
working out at least three times/ week. As of this year, I have regained about 25
pounds, due to lack of time to excercise, and university stress. I am working out
regularly in hopes of losing some of the weight again.
