I am a happily married 35 year old mother of 2. I have a 6 year old daughter
and 10 year old son. I have really decided to make a commitment and eat
better and exercise more often. I haven't always been heavy, in High
School,when my husband and I first started dating I was a size 3. I am now
an unhappy size 12-14. I am very depressed about how I look and feel. I
absolutely hate going out

Transformation Story

I have been doing some form of beachbody workout (TJ, P90X, TMT, and now
CE) off and on for a year now. Some days more off than on, but for the most
part I have stuck with it. Which is More...
I have been doing some form of beachbody workout (TJ, P90X, TMT, and now
CE) off and on for a year now. Some days more off than on, but for the most
part I have stuck with it. Which is truely amazing, b/c I have never stuck with
any other diet program, workout etc. before. I have lost a total of 13" in my
body and have decreased my body fat by 10%. I am now wearing a
comfortable size 10. I know that doesn't sound like a lot in a year, but for me
it is progress. Considering that at every yearly doctors visit I was gaining
more and more weight and getting more unhealthy. To have kept those
inches off is great progress for me.
1/5/08 CE update to follow soon. 1/24/09 Loving the CE and getting fit with it. So far I have lost 1 lb and 8.5" in by chest, waist, abductors and thighs. Woo Hoo!!! Time to start the Push Circuits.
