Started the P90X program with diet and exercise 11/24 (right before the holidays - yikes!). The first week went well, in spite of the Thanksgiving holiday. On day 30, I was down 4 pounds and 4.5 More...
Started the P90X program with diet and exercise 11/24 (right before the holidays - yikes!). The first week went well, in spite of the Thanksgiving holiday. On day 30, I was down 4 pounds and 4.5 inches! Woo hoo! And I feel great, and I'm getting strong and durable! On to Phase 2... It will be easier to stay on the plan consistently without the vacation, holidays, and sick week in Phase One. I'm going to try to stay consistent. Cheers! Half way through the program, I was taking pants in for tailoring, and fit in a size 8 pants! Woo-hoo! My weight has not dropped tremendously, but I'm losing inches and gaining muscle, apparently. I am having some minor joint issues, about which I will have to consult my coach. Probably just part of the transformation, but will need to see if more supplements are possibly needed. And drink more water, of course! On day 90 I am the proud owner of a transformed body; although I will continue with the workouts for another 90 day session to get even stronger and whittle down that waist a bit more. It has been fun fitting into smaller clothes - just in time for Spring. After the second round, maybe my next photo can be in my summer bikini! :}
