I am a "stay" at home Mom to 3 wonderful girls, 8, 6, and 3. I never had a weight problem, but have gradually added pounds since I graduated from college. I did lose weight before baby number 3 with just working out and hope that with adding eating healthier, I can get down to my goal weight. I'd love to NEED a new wardrobe!

I've been doing Turbo Jam at least 5/7 days per week and eating better. I cut out soda and snacking after 8pm (which I was doing almost nightly). I drink an Access Slam before my workout to help More...
I've been doing Turbo Jam at least 5/7 days per week and eating better. I cut out soda and snacking after 8pm (which I was doing almost nightly). I drink an Access Slam before my workout to help convert my fat to muscle. I am tracking my meals also and have been eating 1000-1200 calories per day.

I took a break this summer and only did workouts 2-3 times a week and ate anything. I maintained and started back full force in September with the kids going back to school. My goal is 144 by my 40th birthday November 2. Didn't hit goal by my birthday, but did before Christmas!! I had minor outpatient surgery on Nov 1 and also moved so that did set me back some. I still need to lose another 5 lbs in order to maintain my goal weight. I tend to fluctuate 5 lbs up and down, but by pushing play I'm not going up and staying there!
