I have had an issue with my weight as long as I can remember. However, I am now dedicated to make that transformation in my life. In my 20's I ran marathons but my eating habbits were terrible. I am looking to lose 40 pounds over the next 4 months and gain a six pack with the use of SI6 and Power 90.
