I'm running with a taller posture and stronger upper torso due to the core area , shoulder, back, chest and arm routines from Power 1/2 and training at the University facility. Arm movement is stronger which make me a more efficient and faster. This is the first year I've ran the 1500 meters and truly love it. I ran a 5:32 and now down to a 5:16 for the indoor season. My goal is a 5:05 for the outdoor season but my Dad and Coach feels that I can get uder 5:00 minutes. With more experience and a stronger body I think a can accomplish that.
