I am a 25 year old student who is working full time at a local window and
door manufacturer. As a young adult, I was relatively fit. I was active in sports
and ate healthy. Once I enrolled in college, I gained the dreaded "Freshman
15", although it has turned into a lot more than 15! I was encouraged to join
Team Beachbody by a friend, and I see nothing but positive results to come.
