My name is Adam Dunham, husband to MDB $50,000 Finale Prize Winner Sabrina Dunham!! I'm 25 and in the Computer Science field.

The reason I joined Beachbody is really because of my wife. I watched her great transformation and was inspired to do something for myself. I got to know about the products and workouts through her and am truly amazed at how good they are!! I wanted in!

Back in the beginning of college I used to work out every day and follow that up by going to the beach. Then my first really difficult course took the wind out of my sales when I failed the class. More...
Back in the beginning of college I used to work out every day and follow that up by going to the beach. Then my first really difficult course took the wind out of my sales when I failed the class. This was the first time in my life that I had failed a class, and I decided that there just wasn't any more time to work out as I needed to start studying. This, of course, was just an excuse to be lazy.

After I stopped working out I lost over 25 pounds of muscle within a matter of months. 25 pounds that I had worked so hard for over a year to get and maintain.

Well, time moved on and I graduated, started a job, built a house and got married. This whole time I continued to make excuses for not getting back into shape. I had become the quintessential skinny and pasty white computer nerd.

Since our wedding in 2005, my wife underwent some major changes in her health and fitness. First gaining over 50 pounds, then losing over 85 pounds by using Beachbody workouts and diet plans. She went on to become a MDB grand prize finalist in 2007 and won the $50k prize.

All this worked to influence me into getting back into shape. In the beginning of 2008, I started the Power 90 Master Series to get myself in shape to start P90X in March of 2008. It is amazing the results that I have seen in just the short amount of time that I have been on these programs. I am going to continue to push play every day and look to reach my goal of becoming like Tony!
