I was born in South America, raised by my maternal grandparents. My granfather was born and raise in the Fijji island and grandmother from Guyana (mixed with Black, Amerindian and raised by chinese). I came to the USA during my teenage years. Love sports especially the martial arts which I studied for over 20 years.

In 2005, I underwent cervical spine surgery, which left me physically disabled with terrible pain throughout my body. The extensive damage to my body affected me mentally as well. Before beginning P90X program, I was 196lbs, with a 38 waist size and 26.4 percent body fat. I am 46 yrs old and stand at five feet, seven inches. I was a vice-president at a major financial institution, had been studying the martial arts for over 20 years, led a very active lifestyle prior to the surgery.

I felt like I hit rock bottom mentally and physically the months and years following the surgery. But, one day I saw the P90X program on TV and was very intrigued by the rigor and intensity of the work out. At that point, I made a commitment to myself to try your program as my last chance to get my life back. I knew it would be a difficult challenge and there would be a possibility that I could not do it because of my injuries.

After consulting with my physician and received her approval to try this program, I decided to purchased the package in May 2008 and was so motivated after completing the fitness test successfully that I started the program. I followed the nutritional plan everyday for the duration of the program. Specifically, I used the Fat Shredder and Endurance Maximizer. I had to slightly modify the fitness plan to avoid any possibility of injury, but I followed it to the best of my ability for three months as Tony H. suggested. I loved the work out. My personal favorites are the Yoga, Kempo, and Plyometrics, but the entire program is phenomenal. What really fascinated me about the program is that it incorporated so many diverse methods of training. I looked forward to the workouts because everyday was something new.

At the end of three months, I have lost 40 lbs, my waist size is 30, and I have reduced my body fat to 14.6 percent. I have gained muscle in my arms, chest, and legs, and my wingspan has increased. The strength I gained from P90X program allowed me take control of my life. I am back and loving it. Every aspect of my life has changed for the better. I feel incredible.

P90X is an amazing and transformative experience that truly changes lives.

It was a long three months of sacrifice and hard work, but the rewards are immense.
