When I was promoted from a floor to a desk position 2 years ago, I instantly gained 10 pounds. I was in search of a routine that would keep me involved and achieve my 10 pound loss goal. I have been involved in a core strengthening program for about a year and a half. Although I have reached my 10 pound goal and toned up significantly, I still want to become better fit and firm up my "problem"

I have a strong, consistent routine at my gym. I am working out 5 to 6 days consistently. I have also added in at least one day of Hip Hop Abs. I have a Meal Replacement Shake every morning as well as have started taking the Total Health Women's Formula. Overall, I feel more connected to my routine and think about fitness more than ever. I hope that I inspire others to keep to their current exercise program and inspire themselves to push harder.
