Hi to all my BeachBody Buddies!!

I live in a small Swedish community in the middle of Kansas with my
husband. I currently work in the school district I graduated from as a
Curriculum Director. My work keeps me pretty busy, but I do make sure I
make time to workout!!

I love how BeachBody has helped me embrace a healthy lifestyle and I'd love

Transformation Story

OK, I know it doesn't like I've made much of a transformation in a year's time
with Beachbody! But, I have made an incredible transformation this past
calendar year!! I started working out More...
OK, I know it doesn't like I've made much of a transformation in a year's time
with Beachbody! But, I have made an incredible transformation this past
calendar year!! I started working out with P90X on September 3, 2007 and by
March 2008 I had lost 55 pounds and was down from a size 16 to a size 8.
Did I mention that I was really happy with my progress and getting really
close to my weight loss goal??!!

Well, that was transformation #1 this past year. Transformation #2 is even
bigger news because in March I found out that I was pregnant!! After trying
to get pregnant a few years ago, we were told that unless we tried more
drastic means to do so, we were not able to get pregnant. At that point we
decided to adopt and gave up trying to get pregnant.

So, I guess P90X could be considered "drastic means" because after getting
in the best shape of my life at 41 we're expecting a little boy November 22,
2008!

Woo Hoo, I met all my goals today!! Eating: 19 WW pts.; didn't eat after 8:00; and drank all my water Workout: P90 Sculpt 1-2 and I didn't get home until about 10:00!!
