I am a Catholic School principal in So. Ca with over 1000 students.In addition, I now am working to raise over 30million dollars for two new educational buidldings. I am happily married with 3 boys in their late 20's. One is now married, the other two now have great jobs and have just bought a condo together. I have always worked out but I have always had a slow metabolism. I have proportions I am a Catholic School principal in So. One is now married, the other two now have great jobs and have just bought a condo together. I have always worked out but I have always had a slow metabolism. I have proportions that are a bit unique 5"2 1/2 with a smaller waist, a large chest(natural 34-36D) real trouble with my thighs. I had a hysterectomy almost 5 years ago and I haven't gotten back my exercise routine or my abs, its been really tough and now I am 51. My stomache is a real problem. My husband and I love to go out, go dancing etc and I like to look my best. I am a carb eater, real problem, 100% Italian is my heritage, yet I have long blonde hair and blue eyes.
I dream to be a role model for my students, to have good health and to be positive from the inside out. This site is helping me achieve my life goals.
Now with CHALEAN EXTREME, WEIGHT TRAINING AND GOOD EATING I CAN BE THE PERSON WHO IS 50 and doesn't look it.

CHALEAN EXTREME will get me back on track. The past year I lost my dad, worked two jobs, went through a wedding of one son and the emotional job changes of two others. I have turned 50 and nothing is working. Everything I used to do always worked, now nothing works. I know I MUST change for me.
My work schedule is 7-12 hours per day starting at 6:30am up to at least 5pm but usually 9pm. The pressure at work I have not handled well emotionally, all I have done it eat when I am upset.
My eating is always on the run, never healthy, never thought through. I must put myself firts in this area, I just haven't done so.
I am absolutely committed to this now and I know team beach body can help me, this site did back in 2006-07.
I will be a 50 year old that doesn't look 50 for years to come. The body fat percentage has been the biggest change and I hate it, will need to change this fast.
