I started my weight loss journey 3 years ago with Power 90! I got rid of 20 pounds on my own that way! Wanting more, I reached out to a personal trainer and lost 50 lbs all together! My trainer suggest I become a trainer and I did! I currently train at the gym and am looking forward to helping out more people via Beachbody! Of courses trainers still need trainers and others to hold them
