I am a mother of 3. I've been toying with the idea of loosing those extra 30lbs I gained after having children. I've loss a few pounds b (5lbs give or take a few), but I've never kept it off. It's been 10 years since I've gained so much weight. I feel tired all the time, looking old and feeling sluggish. I used to love taking pictures, I liked what I saw and now I hate what I see in my pictures. I'm a freelance photographer and I'm glad I'm on the other side of the lens.
I work part-time as an Educational Assistant at the local college. Sitting on my butt until 3pm, getting that afternoon cravings for something sweet. Gained weight as I worked in a boxed environment, filing, sitting, and just plain crappy work. I want to be outside, feeling free, enjoying the sun and being active. But, when I get home, I'm so tired after a long stressful day at work, I don't feel like doing anything at all.
So, I'm here to get the motors running again. I'm not that old yet, only 35, so, I shouldn't be acting like a grandma.
What got me to wake up? I started seeing gray hairs. Saw and old classmate of mine that looked like she did in high school and I used to look better than her. I need to lose this baby fat before my 20th reunion. I need to feel better about my aging self. And I need to gain back some energy I've lost.
That is why I am here today.
