My name is Bobby. I am in the US Army. (SFC/E-7). I use to be very athletic and very active. I competed as an amateur Boxer from Heavyweight(-201) to Middleweight(165). Since I stopped competing I have let myself go completely. I have gotten to a point where I must do something to keep my self happy. I weigh just at 225 lbs and wish to get down to at least 180. I would like to start boxing

Day 30!! So far so good. I have lsot around 10 pounds but more toning than anything. I have not smoked a cigarette or had a drink, I have stuck to the diet and haven't missed a workout. I have 2 More...
Day 30!! So far so good. I have lsot around 10 pounds but more toning than anything. I have not smoked a cigarette or had a drink, I have stuck to the diet and haven't missed a workout. I have 2 other team mates that are helping me along the way and my wife is the master chef keeping me fed. Day 30 in the books and I feel great so far. I am going to step it up in the next phase.
