Transformation Story

As a child was very heavy. I remember in 5th grade we had health class where
they weighed everyone in & I was sooo embarrassed...168 lbs. Yikes!! In high
school I was determined to lose More...
As a child was very heavy. I remember in 5th grade we had health class where
they weighed everyone in & I was sooo embarrassed...168 lbs. Yikes!! In high
school I was determined to lose weight & did. I worked out & ate very little.
Although I ate healthy foods, the lack of eating was probably unhealthy. I
really loved working out & although I think I was a little obsessed, It was still
a passion of mine. After a shoulder injury, I wasn't able to work out as much.
slowly I started gaining weight again. After having my first son it was hard to
lose the weight I had gained. I ended up going on a very restrictive diet & lost
20 lbs & felt great. Shortly after I was pregnant with the twins & needless to
say, I got HUGE!! My total weight difference between the 2 pregnancies was
about 15-20 lbs & was distributed differently(all stomach) with the twins. I
gave birth(c-section) to 2 boys weighing in at 6lbs 7inchs & 6lbs 8inchs.
because they are fraternal twins they were in separate sacks. Postnatal, my
body had changed sooo much. I'm not looking to get stick skinny but am
ready to get in good shape. I'm tired of being too tired to do anything & want
to raise my boys in a healthy environment.
**I started working out consistently about a year and a half ago & have lost
28 lbs so far! I have replaced fat with muscle, I feel amazing & most of my
chronic pain has gone away! New picture coming soon! =)
**Started P90x Lean 06/02/08* Can't wait for some more results!
**Week 3 of P90X. I LOVE how this workout makes me feel!!!! I feel better
than ever =)
***update 07/24/08***Woohoo! Lost 2 pounds & can do real man pushups
now!! I LOVE P90X! 8 pounds left to reach my goal!! =)
Taking a break from my favorite workout in the whole world(P90X!) to do
some Ten Minute Trainer! I can't believe a Ten minute workout can make me
sweat like this! I'm loving having a workout that "works" in as little as 10 minutes!
Because I've been so busy, I recently incorporated the meal replacements shakes into my day, usually for breakfast & LOVE THEM! Both the chocolate & the vanilla taste great!
12/23/08 It's almost Christmas & a New Year! I'm so exited, I just ordered the new ChaLEAN Extreme! This is exactly what I need =)
01/16/08 I LOVE ChaLEAN Extreme. I've been doing it for almost 2 weeks & i'm already starting ti see changes. Chalene ROCKS!!!!!
End of the 1st phase of ChaLEAN & I've lost 5 pounds & 9"! I'm soo excited! =) Ready to start the push phase.
Due to several issues that came up, I wasn't able to finish CE. I go to the lean phase, but stopped there. It is an awesome program though! Down from 166 to 161! I'm so excited to start P90X again! Monday Junw 1st is day 90, WOOOHOO!!! Anyone want to join in? Email me if you need a workout buddy :)
