In 2003 I started I started out in great shape weighing about 235 pounds at about 99% body fat. At this point I started using a 2 shakes a day and "sensible dinner" meal plan. Got down to about 180 pounds using that with no exercise. As soon as I would stop using this program, I would gain 10-20 pounds REAL quick. I would then start it again and the cycle would continue. All during this time I would catch Power90 commercials and want to buy it, but the same laziness that kept me on this diet kept me from investing in Power90. Fast forward to 2005 when I finally bought the Power90 system. After the 90 days I was 22 pounds lighter and had a little bit more muscle. I just kept on doing it to maintain and it worked. Throughout then I started really learning how to eat and applying it here and there. In 2006 i was maintaining around 163. Sweet, few more pounds gone. This whole time I have still had the residual love handles and some little man-boobs. I do not like that. Apparently I wore My P90 Sculpt 3-4 DVD out, it would just not play anymore. So I bought a Power 90 Master Series Cardio Intervals DVD to replace it after reading about how effective interval training is. I used the Cardio Intervals and noticed that it really helped me with my bike riding but my diet was still only so-so. This is why I have now started P90X. I needed something serious to shake things up and give up some vices for 90 days if not forever. I want these love handles and flabby "pecs" gone. I'm almost 1/2 way through it and I actually as lean as I have ever been, but weigh a few pounds more. Muscle? Hopefully :P My after pic was taken at the begining of P90X so I'll have to update it real soon.

Forgot 1 very important thing that I am totally pumped about; I beat asthma!
