I'm 47, a native of Atlanta, GA and have two grown daughters. About a year ago, I decided it was time for a "me" update, so I grew my hair out and started dieting. For about a month now, I've been working out with Turbo Jam and it's awesome! For the first time in my life, exercise is FUN.

I'm excited about getting back in shape and beginning the next chapter of my life. GO ME - :)
