Well like I've said I am a former competitive swimmer i swam from 9 yrs old til I was 22 yrs old and after I had quit I really let myself go. I was eating very unhealthy, never exercising, and when I would motivate myself to work out, it would maybe last for a week or two. Then one day my parents saw the infomercial for p90x and decided to check it out, though I did put it off cause I was going on vacation around the time I found out about the program. So when I got home from my vacation I did some research on the program and said to myself "it's only 90 days if it doesn't work then you only lost 3 months". So I started the X with a lot of motivation from the forums, and remember thinking 3 months is so long. but now i'm in my last phase of the X for the first time and i'm down 24 lbs and 13 inchs between my chest ,hips and waist, and don't think I felt this good when I was swimming. I just wanna shout from the rooftops to everyone about how great of the program is.thank you.
