I just ordered my 10 minute trainer!! I also attend a gym to go swimming as the pool relaxes me but I get nothing from the machines there. I have 45 mins to swim and that is wonderful but i need more much more to get to where I wanna be my old modeling weight and tone.

I am 35 almost 35 and have gained the weight in the last 3 years and can not take it off so its time to DO IT AND DO IT
