I am a 38 y/o father of three great kids. I have been living healthier since Jan. 2006 when I had a 'scare' at the doctor's with some high blood pressure. That spring I started on P90 and moved on to the P90 Master Series. Last summer I started on a different path with another program to add some more muscle to my frame. During this routine I was eating a lot more to assist in the muscle growth. I I am a 38 y/o father of three great kids. I did add some good muscle but also some fat along the way. The end of 2007 I really became lax in my eating habits and as of Jan 2008 I am up to 223 lbs with 21% BF, so I have some work ahead of me! But even during this, I still used the P90 videos for all my cardio work. I have also been doing A LOT of reading about strength training by various trainers and such. And the one thing that always impresses me about Tony Horton, that I have realized thru my readings, is that he is always dead on about his routines and the exercises and stretches that he uses. No matter what my goals are or what programs that I am following, BeachBody & Tony Horton will always be a part of my routine. It's been great because of me eating healthier, everyone in my family is eating better. My wife has lost weight, my kids exercise with me and are learning good eating habits (although McDonald's is still their favorite place to eat.) I hope that what they learn now will stick with them throughout their loves so that they can live longer & healthier. Because it's scary when you read how many Americans are overweight now and how many more will be overweight in the near future. I hope that you have read this and other bios in BeachBody and Million Dollar Body and can use them to motivate you into beccoming a healthier person. There are many great coaches in MDB that can and will help with your goals. Good luck and train hard!

I started 2006 weighing in at 246 lbs. I quit drinking pop and started watching what I ate. I had a friend at work who was doing P90X at the time and introduced me to BeachBody. In May I started the Power 90 series. By August I had dropped around 35 lbs and a couple of pant sizes. I was feeling great! I had more energy, more flexability, and just felt better about myself than I had in a long time. In Sept. I started the Power 90 Master Series, which I liked much better then Power 90. I recently picked up P90X and plan on adding it to my routine. Unfortunately I gained some weight & fat back and am up to 21% body fat. My goal is still 10% with an ideal body weight of 190. My lean body weight is currently 174 lbs. so I have a ways to go yet to get to that goal. It's been great because I have helped a couple of my fellow coworkers start on Beach Body and they have had great results!
