I tried many times to get in shape but it always came down to not having the right support tools and mind set to keep motivated over the long haul. I had not been able to maintain a great shape since college and was tired of the fad diets and over crowded gyms that have proven unsuccessful for me long term. A colleague of mine recommended P90X and spoke to me about his successes with it. I was sold on the fact that I can take it with me on business travel and would also benefit from the support of the Beachbody community and WOWY. I've gained so much strength, motivations and have truly amazed myself about what I can accomplish with the right tools, the right team, and the right support. I am on week 12 of P90X. I'm getting stronger and stronger every day, with every workout. The strength is not only physical, I've also noticed an enormous upswing in how I feel about myself and the stress that I have carried around with me for more years then I can remember is dwindling at rapid pace. I've been on the boards and working out with success buddies in WOWY and it has been a huge motivational help. I love this program and community!
