I am 38 year old male from Edmonton Alberta, Canada.

I have a lovely wife (Shellie), we will working out together with the P90. We have four great kids - 2 sons(ages 9 and 3) and twin girls (age 5). So as you can imagine a very business schedule.

Currently I work at the University of Alberta. I am also an assistant coach with Junior A hockey team in Camrose Alberta. I work with high level athletes from the ages of 11 to 20.

Being around these athletes one must be aware of your physical well being. Although I am not over weight, I am not in the shape I would like to be. I am very competitive and love a challenge! I was introduced to Beach Body by a friend who was doing P90X. I dislike gyms, so this seems like a great alternative. The most important reason for starting Beachbody was for my kids. The more I started to look at people, the more I have noticed obese people from young to old. I dont want my kids to be in a situation where the think being obese/over weight/chubby is okay. The best way you can teach your kids is by doing something about it yourself. So not only am I doing this for me but also leading my kids down the path of a healthy life style!!

I wish everyone the commitment required to shed those pounds or add that extra tone you are looking for!

Transformation Story

I ordered the P90 on June 24, 2009. I am okay shape and not over weight but I have noticed my stomach area becoming bigger. I just want to make sure I am healthy and good role model for my kids. Once I recieve the P90 i will do my body measurements. I want to be more toned and have a low fat percentage. My wife Shellie is also doing this with me. I will also have her do the body measurements.
