My Photos | BellaVegas I'm Eileen and in January of 2005, I decided it was time to stop smoking and start taking better care of myself. I stopped that nasty cigarette habit via cold laser therapy and was so impressed that I went into that business to help others kick the habit for good. Fall 2009: We now have new accupressure points that are even more successful for our former smokers!!! I tried and tried to get the weight off after quitting smoking and the onset of menopause and worked out every day, am a vegetarian, so I was eating "clean", but nothing made the weight move. In late September 2007, a co-worker and friend of my husbands' came by the house and told us about MDB and I was so impressed with his enthusiasm that I signed up that very day!!! I'm seeing results, feeling great and really believe I will reach my goal and stay there this time!!!! I would love to be your coach and have you join me on the journey to life-long fitness. I finally found the secret to making that metabolism work like it did when I was 30!!! Watch me get fit and better yet, come along and get fit with me!!! Update, August 2009, still pushing play every day and hoping you will join me!! Update: September 2009 -Hoping it will soon cool off in Vegas so I can get outside and ride my bike :) Keep pushing Play!! October in Las Vegas is awesome - time to get the bicycle out!! Update: May 2009 - Getting ready for summer heat in Las Vegas - need more ab work!!! Update: April 1, 2009 - went back to Slim in Six program - seemed to work best of all the dvds I've tried and I love it!! Update: March 1, 2009 - have added juicing five days a week with organic vegetables and fruits and feeling strong!! Update: February 1, 2009 - still working toward that birthday goal and staying motivated thanks to WOWY!! Update: January 2, 2009 - back on track and planning to hit my goal weight by March 2009 when another birthday rolls around :) Update: December 2, 2008 - back-sliding a bit and need to kick it into high gear to reach my goal before the next birthday rolls around :) Update: Still using my spin bike and lots of dvd ab work - starting to show :) November 3, 2008 Update: Bought a spin bike to add to my dvd workouts about a week ago. Progress updates to follow :) So far, I love the spin workouts. October 2, 2008 Update: Ahhh, September in Nevada signals the end to the over 100 degree days soon so we can get outside and run and ride bikes again!!! :) Update: Can't wait to try out Chalene's new workouts coming soon :) Maybe that will kick this plateau to the curb!!! I'm not giving up and I will reach my goal!!! Update: Ok, we're into July now and I've actually put on a swimsuit and gotten into the pool in front of other people!! Getting there and going to continue to push play everyday in memory of my wonderful coach, Tom Harper. Update: It's June and I'm almost as fit as I was in my 30's. Not quite ready for the "after" photo, but getting close :) Update: April is gone and the heat is coming to Las Vegas and I'm still not beachbody ready. I will be by the end of May and will update that "after" photo. Keep pushing Play everyone!!! Update: It's now the 1st of March 2008, and I'm working really hard, just kinda stuck at only about a half pound a week coming off, but it's going in the right direction. Keeping my eye on the goal for that "beachbody" for pool time :) Update: I'm now down 25 pounds, a whole size that's now getting too big after 74 days of working out in WOWY!!!! Update: I've hit a plateau in my weight loss now at the beginning of February 2008, - 90 days into my new lifestyle, so I've added more cardio with Slim n 6 Keep it Up while continuing to workout to Burn it Up and am doing more resistance band work for strength and metabolism boost. Stay tuned for more positive progress. I WILL reach my goal in time for swimsuit season :) Update: After a couple of weeks working really hard and getting the increased cardio work, the weight is slowly beginning to come off and I know slow and steady is really the RIGHT way to get it off and keep it off!! Update: Started working out with Power Half Hour - will update again after 30 days, hopefully, another size smaller!!!
