I'm 31yo, live in Bogotá, Colombia. I purchased Power 90 in the year 2003, but kept it in the closet for 6 years; at that time I was about 86 kg (190). Six years went by in which I got married, stop working out, had a baby boy (Jeronimo) and gained 30 pounds extra. I'm a short guy by US standards, average for Colombian 5'10''.

I started about 2 weeks ago, after my wife made an appointment for me with a nutritionist, because she was very concerned about my weight and health. Last year I got my gall blatter removed... from my poor eating habits I developed stones that clogged the blatter and I ended I the emergency room several times from abdominal pain.
So 2 weeks ago I decided to stop being fat and get into shape like I used to be in Highschool.
