Hello. My name is Colette. I have lived in the San Francisco Bay Area in California my whole life. For the past 9 years I have been a daycare provider of school aged children. It has been a huge blessing in my life. I also have 2 active teenage boys with my wonderful husband of 20 years. I have done many home businesses for the last 20 years. I have done many home businesses for the last 20 years. I've done makeup, scrapbooking, selling cleaning products, makeup and jewelry. They have all gone by the way side because I've either burned out (running 5 directions at once!) or ran out of hours in the day! The one thing that has been constant has been my desire to be fit which has lead to on again off again workouts. I'm so excited to be a part of a community that is always on! I do my work out at home because I always have kids around so DVD's are my thing! When I belonged to a gym I never seemed to make it there. I decided to start coaching to get my fitness schedule on the right track. Most of the time it is off the track! I've always been at a healthy weight but as many of you know that doesn't equate to being healthy. I don't like the on again off again becase I don't like the "on again". I feel sluggish and weak when I try to restart and it makes me regret stopping but,the busyness of life seems to take over every time. I have tried many different programs but none with a community! Recently at 40+++ I have gained 10 pounds and want it gone! My sister-in-law introduced me to BeachBody just in time! I look forward to helping others get fit and STAY THERE. I did 52 days of P90 when I got injured late last year!(Bummer) I really loved the results I got. I'm looking forward to feeling that again. I'm going to restart in June. Are you with me?! Let me know...Well, Irestarted in June and had pain again. Now (July 21, 09) I'm 30 days into P90 and I feel great!...Well, I finished it Sept 20th!!! Feeling great and moved onto 5-6. Now I'm preparing for P90X! Why would anyone work so hard?! WHY NOT!!! How's your work out going? Beachbody has everything you need to succeed. Need help?
