Hi there - don't be mislead by the "BigKahuna" name - I don't live in Hawaii. My name is Kurt but I go by the nickname of KC.

The "BigKahuna" label has stuck with me as my children nicknamed me that years ago.

I live in Northern Colorado and have been pretty active all my life. I have always enjoyed sports and currently active in golf, tennis, and working out. Love to fish, attend Rockies games, and any other outdoor activities.

Trying to satisfy my mid-life needs; become a member of a band 5-years ago and we are still playing today. I play saxaphone and keyboards - we have a real blast!!!!!

My wife, Vickie and I became active in working out over a year ago as we both were starting to get sluggish and felt we were not as active as we used to be. We purchased a treadmill and combined with free weights and got started.

While we have continued to work out 3-4 times a week - we were looking for a program that offered alternate routines along with a dietary options. After learning about Beachbody from a co-worker, we both joined as coaches and it has been a GREAT opportunity.

We are building a team of multi-faceted and talented coaches; everyone has something to offer and we want to share that along with our desire to team with everyone to achieve fitness goals.

Transformation Story

While there are many workout and weight loss plans out there, this one has been great for me. While I have tried to maintain some sort of workout program - this one rocks! I used to play quite a bit of tennis but have not been as active in the past few years. I signed up for the local mixed doubles tennis championships this year. This was the first time I had competed all year - it was 100 + degrees all weekend and because of the conditioning Beachbody has provided, we ended up winning the city championship! While I haven't measured, I feel so incredibly much better and feel so much stronger - this has really been a great thing for us!!
