P90X has been a wonderful journey! I have been active my entire life, 3 sports in high school, mountain biking in college, running half marathons, and most recently started testing the triathlon waters. Road biking is my love, but I needed something to do in the winter months, I needed a change.

Several of my brother-in-laws turned me onto and spoke highly of P90X, so I decided to give it a shot. Absolutely amazing! The best workout and nutrition program I have ever been involved in. You WILL see results if you put forth the effort in the workouts and follow the nutrition guide! I would love to help anyone and everyone achieve your fitness goals with this program. It is truely amazing!
