I never had to worry about my weight until I turned 40

I never had to worry about my weight until I turned 40 and quit smoking. All of a sudden the weight started appearing....more and more....
I had never had to worry about what I ate. I could eat anything I wanted and not gain a pound. I went from a healthy 125 to now 170 in a matter of just a few years. I weighed 125 at 40, then climbed to 130-135. When i quit smoking 4 years ago Sept 1st it really piled on.
My goal is to lear how to eat, keep fit, and be around a long time for my family and myself. I am tired of feeling tired all the time.
I saw the Slim in 6 infomercial sitting in the dental chair! Went home and ordered it!.
Just started it today and I am very excited about where this is going to go!
