I recenlty became a coach with Beachbody. My wife is also involved with Team BeachBody. I want to get into better shape. However over the past few years I have lost strength, energy, and muscle tone and have a weak lower back / core. Beachbody has helped me with my workouts and kept me motivated! I'm currently using P90X & One on One with Tony Horton and also working with the "Total Body

I have been a Beachbody Coach for a year and a half, with my wife. I have really enjoyed working out to all our BeachBody Products that we have. Lately I have not been not as consistant as I want to be with my workouts. I go a few weeks working out and then I might miss a week and then get back into it. I'm fortunate that I have always been a good eater. However my weight is at 150 lbs and I would like to get back to 165. I have lost a lot of muscle tone and have had a decrease in my energy level. So, my goal is to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle and increase my energy level.
