I've been going to the gym 4 days a week most every week for about a year. Honestly I never really did what I consider "working out" since college until about October of 08. My goals are to drop down to about 11% body fat, so I have a long way to go.... I'm pushing around 15 right now.. But it's a life long change so I have plenty of time...
Really it all started for me when I was in good shape and decided that I didn't need to work out as hard to keep what I gained... I was just wrong.. now it's time to get back what I lost and get even more out of it.
