For as long as I can remember my father would always say "you need to
exercise your mind and body everyday." He was ahead of his time. The day he
died he was out for a bike ride. He was 70.

Because I was encourage to be active I made it a part of my life and it worked
really well until I got into my 40's. I took a desk job, had some medical issues

When I think about what I will look like it gives me the incentive and the
power to do this. I read that eating 7 apples on Sat night doesn't make up for
eating one every day. I was very inconsistent before and it didn't work.
Everyday I learn something new, every week I change one bad habit. The
rewards for these changes are huge!
