Started P90 on May 20, 2007. It's been over three or four years since I've maintained a regular workout routine. I'll generally "work" for a few weeks and then find an excuse to stop. I've had the P90 DVD in my closet for about two years. I'm excited about losing weight. I have really put the weight on the past three years.

In November 2007, I injured my right knee, and started PT for it. In January 2008, I injured my left knee trying to protect my right one from further injury. The bottom line - My current is 210.  More...
In November 2007, I injured my right knee, and started PT for it. In January 2008, I injured my left knee trying to protect my right one from further injury. The bottom line - My current is 210. So, as of May 5, 2009, I'm starting over.
