I have been working on losing weight and starting a fitness routine that I can live with. I love the fact that I can work out at home and push play for 30 to 40 minutes and get in a workout without feeling self-conscious on not looking like the people in the video. I am starting to see results and I feel better, I have more energy. I am going to stick with this and give more of myself to my workouts. My diet is improving yet I know I'm still eating too much from the animal kingdom and not enough fruits and vegetables. I have however started to drink a lot more water and my skin is looking better for it.
