I am 6'2" - about 180 lbs.
Age - actual 37 but generally mistaken for someone in their late 20's / early 30's.
Prototypical Ectomorph - "characterized by smalls bones and very little muscle mass"
Endurance - limited (due to a series of Desk Jockey positions and a relatively lax attitude towards health and fitness)
Strength - poor (verified by the P90X fitness test)
Goals:
1/ To achieve proper

1/ To achieve proper nutrition levels,
2/ To increase lean muscle mass significantly,
3/ To reduce body fat to approximately 10%,
4/ Commit to a complete overhaul on endurance and lung capacity,
5/ Be able to save $$$ by washing my clothes on my abs, (jokes)
6/ To be able to complete 20 un-assisted wide grip pull-ups. (yes they bug me and yes - I'm terrible at them)
7/ To be a far more competitve ice hockey player.
Motivation: Looking to lay the groundwork for a life changing turning point in both mental and physical spheres.
