I was athletic my entire childhood and continued to be in tip top shape through my eatly 20's and into my 30's. Then something happened. My children began to get old enough to be involved in activities and sports. My life became only about my kids and that was my excuse to get lazy. The lazier I got, the more weight I put on..the more weight I put on, the lazier I got. It was a ruthless cycle
