Hello everyone! I am a 25 year old police officer with a son that is almost 3 years old. I graduated from a four year college with a degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology. I played baseball all four years in college and loved every minute of it.
I have been a police officer going on three years now and it's a very exciting career choice. In my spare time I love to workout and stay fit and most of all, eating clean every day.
If you have any questions for me or even want to chat, don't hesitate to shoot me an email. Thank you and remember, do your best and forget the rest! KEEP PUSHING PLAY!

Since I was young I was always a little overweight. Once I hit highschool, I started to lift some weights on occasion, only because I played sports. The last two years of highschool is when it hit me. I really enjoyed lifting weights. I started to gain muscle and people around me were really noticing.
All through college I played baseball and worked out on a regular basis. The workouts were all about buidling strength and size, instead of lean muscle mass. I was a big guy all through college, and not just because of lifting weights, if you know what I mean...(Beer)lol.
Once I graduated college and the real world hit me, I finally realized that being big and out of shape was not the way I wanted to live. One night I was sitting on the computer and watching television when I saw the P90X commercial. At first I thought what everyone else though, this is nothing but a scam. I had never tried the at home workout program until now. So I finally gave in and bought the P90X.
After buying the program, I did not really stick to it like I wanted. It sat in my cabinet for a while until one day I decided I needed to do this for myself.
I offically started the program on March 2, 2009. For all 90 days I brought it and worked 110%. I started the program at 195lbs and ended the program at a lean 178. I lost almost twenty pounds on this program and I was sold. I loved it. This workout program is nothing I had ever done before and let me tell you, It kicked my butt.
If anyone out there is wanting to try this program, do it. That is all I have to say. Stick to it and you will achieve the goals you want. Don't forget....do your best and forget the rest! Keep Pushing Play.
