I live in NC and my work takes me all over the place. I travel a lot doing audio
for live shows. I find myself on planes and in hotels keeping really odd hours
sometimes, and I'm usually on my feet all day long. This type of schedule isn't
always the best for eating healthy or for that matter finding hotels with any
kind of consistent workout facilities when I do have the time. I'm hoping to
