South Lyon, MI I am an on the go 42 y.o.a. Aussie, married to Chickiebabe, we have 3 great kids. I never stop so I was convinced by Chickiebabe to see if I could do P90X. She knew that my ego would not let me stand down from that challenge. After all, how hard can it be? I slalom ski as often as possible, have weight trained since 16 years of age (represented my state in Olympic style weight lifting comps.) I am an on the go 42 y.o.a. Aussie, married to Chickiebabe, we have 3 great kids. I never stop so I was convinced by Chickiebabe to see if I could do P90X. She knew that my ego would not let me stand down from that challenge. After all, how hard can it be? I slalom ski as often as possible, have weight trained since 16 years of age (represented my state in Olympic style weight lifting comps.) Did various types of martial arts, ran 3 miles every day for 107 days as a challenge from a friend (I started in January in Michigan)...... I just look for new challenges and enjoy doing them. Just picked up mountain biking, have done a fair bit of road riding in the past when living in Aus., even tried some ice climbing. I'm on week 12 of P90X and will see what differences there are. It has been fun, missed some days because we were skiing 3 times a day, figured I was getting a good leg and back work out anyway! If I am sitting for more than 5 minutes, I will find something physical to do.

It is day 150 and all I can say is that P90X is all I was looking for and more! I'm in the best shape of my life - ever! I wish this was around and that I knew about it when I was a teen and 20 something. I can't imagine what the results would have been like doing this in my physiological peak. I have found improvement in all aspects of my life, from slalom skiing, to playing with the kids, to chores around the house, to energy at work. I've never been considered to be a slouch, but now I'm the energizer bunny! Anyone considering this program needs to just DO IT!
Update: Day 233- Just starting P90X +! Cant wait to Bring it!
