As a team Beachbody coach I continue to practice and experiment with many of Beachbody's fitness programs and products. I have been, for about 2 years now, working with P90X (my favorite for all round variety), P90X plus, slim-in-6 rapid results, Hip Hop Abs, Project You (for diabetes management - excellent training program), Insanity (amazing cardio developer) and ChaLeanX (awesome to help sculpt your body).
I love to workout and even more love to help others, like yourself get the body of your dreams, or at least one that you are proud to be in. This means the quality of my results from workouts is of paramount importance to me. Beachbody meet and surpass all of the standards in my book - safety, fun, extreme, room to grow into fitness, variety, and fast results that are real across the board. These results include flexibility, strength, stamina, co-ordination, balance, fitness, weight optimization, body fat % loss and endurance.
