I am a 22 year old college graduate and I feel like this is the best time to start getting into the best shape of my life. I have always been interested in eating healthy and working out, but drinking and partying took presedence sometimes in college. I got up to 195lbs and decided to start working out and eating healthy. I got up to 195lbs and decided to start working out and eating healthy. I dropped down to 175lbs by the end of the school year, but then took 3 months off and jumped right back up to 190lbs. Now I'm ready to get at it again, but this time see it all the way through. I have chosen P90X Classic and I'm ready for a new "me".

I am smack dab in the middle of my workout currently weighing 183.2lbs!!! I feel great but this second phase has really been kicking my butt, or should I say legs and upper body. I have had a hard time sticking to my diet as far as the amount of times I eat, but I'm still eating healthy foods when I do eat (somewhere around 4-5 times a day instead of 6-7). Either way, progress is still being made and I'm happy I'm sticking with it.
