I am smack dab in the middle of my workout currently weighing 183.2lbs!!! I feel great but this second phase has really been kicking my butt, or should I say legs and upper body. I have had a hard time sticking to my diet as far as the amount of times I eat, but I'm still eating healthy foods when I do eat (somewhere around 4-5 times a day instead of 6-7). Either way, progress is still being made and I'm happy I'm sticking with it.
