I joined Beachbody in April 2008. I started with P90X and from the very begining I knew I had found the best program on the market for getting in the best shape of my life. Within the first month I noticed a drastic change in my energy level and strength. I was so impressed with the help I received from my coach that I decided to be one myself. So now I am helping others get in the best shape of their lives. I currently do a medley of P90X, P90X Plus, 10 Minute Trainer, and TH One On One.
