My name is Chazz Foster and I've lived in Las Vegas for about 12 years. I am
a full time pilot/flight instructor and a massage therapist. For both of my
careers and for my family, it's important that I stay healthy and in good
shape. I want to be able to do whatever my kids want do, whether its hiking, biking,

When I starting teaching flight training, I had less and less time and energy to
go to the gym to work out. At the beginning of the year, I topped off at 252

When I starting teaching flight training, I had less and less time and energy to
go to the gym to work out. At the beginning of the year, I topped off at 252
pounds. I found myself feeling tired and sluggish and unable to play with my
kids. Then I saw the P90X infomercial and decided to give it a try. I was too
out of shape to complete a P90X workout, so I decided to do the Power 90
first. After 90 days, I went from 252 to 226. Now I'm workingout with P90X
and doing well. I'm working out with more intensity and eating better than
ever before. My goal is to get down to 186 pounds for the first time since
high school!
