I initially started P90X on May 1st 2009. I missed a few workouts but for the most part I was sticking with it. Half way into my third week a knee injury prevented me from continuing the program until several tests were completed.

After I was given the go ahead from my doctor to continue with my usual activities I started the program again. On June 6th 2009 I started the first phase of P90X for the second time. My set back has only made me more determined to get and stay in excellent shape. I can't wait till day 30 to see what the begining of my transformation looks like!
