I've always been active playing sports and doing outdoor activities especially hunting and fishing. I had gained weight while my wife was pregnant and dealing with thyroid problems and high blood pressure. I have been using the P90X workouts with my wife, coach Jess (Jessmomof3). I've lost 19 lbs, over 2" off my waist and gained a lot of muscle, which is exactly what I wanted to achieve. I feel great, my blood pressure is normal now, and am in the best shape of my life! I even recently ran a 5K after not running since high school!
