I am 25, mother of 3 (7, 3 and 18 months). I work full time in social services, go to school for my BA and I have always been an athletic person, but 3 babies and 2 C-sections later...

I am in need of some serious physical and emotional conditioning. I find exercising fun and therapuetic, and although I wake up @ 4am to get my exercise time in, it is completely worth it. I began using Turbo Jam
