I am in need of some serious physical and emotional conditioning. I find exercising fun and therapuetic, and although I wake up @ 4am to get my exercise time in, it is completely worth it. I began using Turbo Jam in 12/05 and a few weeks into the program I discovered that I was pregnant and had some complications that limited my physical abilities. My beautiful baby was and is healthy, but she came with a 60 lb weight gain and 2nd C-section in 2 years. Since then, I have slowly been trying to get into a established routine, and I ordered the original HHA. Fell in love with it and just received the RB w/Dance Party Series. Today was my first day, but as soon as I was finished w/ Mark, Moove and Groove & Hardcore Abs I was already anticipating tomorrows workout. I love to dance, and HHA has been so motivational already, and now with the discovery of the message boards and Team Beachbody I am super excited!
I want to lose weight (naturally) but also increase my fitness abilities and also have better definition and tone. I plan on sticking to the RB 4 week guide at first and then incorporating all of my videos to keep my challenged, interested and motivated!!!
