routine I eventually lost the weight. I started feeling better about myself and
got my confidence back. I am a better mother and wife because I am a
happier person. I enjoy doing Turbo and P90X. If I can lose the weight anyone
can do it. I never worked out much prior to my pregnancies and now I can't
imagine life without fitness.
