| Chad29 I live on a low budget. But I'm trying to get my self toned and healthier. I ride my Bicycle to work and back. About 20 min ride each way. I walk to most place or ride bus if not on my bicycle. But I have change my diet been able to stick to most time. I've cut soda and fast food out altogether. Now to avoid candy and pizza and ice cream. Which kinda hard since my co- work and friends don't | ?
