I am a part-time working mom with 2 wonderful kids and a great husband. Both my husband and I need a lifestyle change, and I am ready to get back in shape and live a healthy lifestyle so that I can enjoy life to its fullest. I turn 30 this September, so it is a motivation for me to lose weight before I hit this new landmark in my life. My goal is to lose 30 pounds by age 30.
